We cannot accept returns on our honey products according to the rules of food safety. Please ensure you select your products carefully.
You will only be eligible for a return or refund for inedible products such as beeswax.

We do not take responsibility for missing orders once they have been marked "delivered" by Sendle or Australia Post.
